Tammy is a full-time realtor, with the HomeSmart at the Scottsdale, AZ branch, who specializes in assisting buyers and sellers with their real estate needs in the Southeast Valley of Phoenix. With over 20 years of sales experience, Tammy is certainly dedicated in providing a high level of customer service to her clients along with a savvy negotiating mindset. Tammy prides herself on going the extra mile for her clients to ensure they are happy throughout the transaction and beyond. She is a native to New England but now calls Chandler, AZ her home where she resides with her husband and their 3 amazing children. Tammy is a tremendous resource for families relocating and can completely relate to the level of emotion that is present when relocating, selling or purchasing a home. Her love for real estate started when she and her husband purchased a beautiful piece of property which sits overlooking the Monadnock mountain region. With their own vision and dedication they designed and constructed their home from site work all the way to ” final touches.” This project led to a few other real estate investments, which included rentals and flips. When she is not working, the majority of her time is spent with her family. Tammy is extremely active and loves getting a daily workout in. She is very motivated and encourages her children to be active daily which includes wrestling, lacrosse and dancing for her daughters. Tammy thoroughly enjoys designing as well as cooking, traveling, biking and yoga.
