I have been working in real estate in some form or fashion for over 15 years. I initially was a partner in a home flipping business. I was responsible for locating distressed homes, securing hard money and private equity funds and helping to purchase the homes. We typically would strip homes to the studs and after hiring crews, I would help to complete the rehab. We always listed with an agent so I have always believed in the value of using an agent for buying and selling homes. I became a licensed agent, 6 years ago, and after starting at KW, I moved to Coldwell Banker. My decision to move to East Key was motivated by a desire to work with a more local brokerage, that has a community feel and I am looking forward to continuing to help clients with all of their real estate needs.
