He’s very responsive and prompt to respond back to my message and phone call whenever I need help or consult. At the beginning of our house hunting journey , my husband and I are very afraid because we don’t know what to expect since we are first-time buyers. There is so much work that goes into the home buying process, such as knowing when to make an good offer or an appraisal gap. I am glad that I found an agent who is sincere and kind to help and led me hand by hand during this long journey. If it is not for him , we weren’t be able to get a house that we love and within our BUDGET despite the fact that we have to pay a little extra money . After all , this is a seller’s market not a buyer, especially for Naperville that is growing so fast. During this entire period , me and my husband knows that we are 100% protected if something happens and we are still be able to get our earnest money back because we are in good hands with Micheal. Also, we are able to have the seller fix something for us that we found during the inspection period.

Now I have everything settled down , I am beyond grateful and can’t wait to decorate my dream house . I will definitely recommend Micheal to my friends and family in the future if they are going to buy a house.
