Hi, I’m Melissa, but my friends call me Mel. As a real estate agent, I find immense joy in helping people achieve their dream of homeownership. I specialize in assisting clients through the real estate process, from start to finish.

Working with both buyers and sellers is something I enjoy, as each side presents its own unique challenges and rewards. While my favorite clients are move-up buyers and first-time home buyers with a budget of $500k and up, I am committed to helping anyone achieve their real estate goals, regardless of age group, income level, or property type.

With a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice and a Master of Science degree in Forensic Studies, my previous experiences have taught me the importance of attention to detail, effective time management, and building strong connections with my clients.

I’ve lived in my community for over 23 years and believe it’s a safe and welcoming environment for everyone. My branding slogan is “Move With Mel,” and I’m dedicated to making sure each of my clients has a successful and stress-free real estate experience.

When I’m not working, I love spending time with my family, especially taking my kids to their extracurricular activities. I’m also an avid reader and enjoy traveling. Additionally, I’m involved in community service and volunteer work with Bmore Soleful, a nonprofit organization that provides shoes to children in need within Baltimore County

Once you choose a property I will represent your interest vociferously throughout the purchase process, negotiating the best possible purchase price, managing and advocating for you during inspections, escrow, title, and closing. I will also advise you on how to make the house even better, including furniture and design, and possibly remodel ideas and augmentations where beneficial.
