Melissa Denning was born and raised in Birmingham, Alabama. She moved to Atlanta in late 2014. She attended graduate school for Speech-Language Pathology shortly after that, working in the school system and in private clinics before investing, falling in love with small business operations, and finally making the switch into the real estate world shortly thereafter. She comes from a background of 3 years as a short-term rental flipper and investor, and she brings excellence in paying attention to all of the details while working with her real estate clients. She is highly organized, education-oriented, and ready to serve her community across North Atlanta.

Melissa Denning graduated from Samford University in 2014 with her undergraduate degree in Global Studies, followed by obtaining her Master’s of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Georgia State University in 2020. Thus, she is a highly-skilled communicator and loves negotiating on behalf of all of her clients.

Melissa Denning entered the real estate world in order to invest in her future, leave a legacy for her family, and impact lives for the better by helping people who need guidance in what are often the biggest transactions of their lives.

Melissa Denning is married and currently lives in Mableton, Georgia, with her husband, Daniel, and their beloved dog, Cooper. She spends her free time exercising and taking long walks outdoors, listening to books and podcasts on real estate and business, and making memories with family and friends.
