I grew up in the Edmonton area. Was married at 20, had 3 children and moved to the Airdrie area in 2001.

I bought my first house in Wetaskiwin, with no money down. paid the down payment -2 years later. After we had improved the property, built an impressive 24×24 garage. and developed the basement – which we rented. This sparked my love for real estate. We later sold the house for $20,000 more. ☺ It worked!!

We rented when we moved to Calgary for about 2 years, then we bought our first house that was off market, steps away from foreclosure.

We fixed this house, ripped out all the carpets and painted every surface. Sold it 5 years later and made $100,000.

We bought a house in Airdrie, where we raised our 3 children, and I homeschooled them for 6 years. I loved this experience too!! I was incredibly busy, teaching and trying to run a business, it came with a lot of challenges, but I learned so much! While homeschooling my children, we did do a flip house in Calgary, we all learned a lot in this process! My children have a lot of practical skills for house repairs they learned too!

I had done another flip house in Calgary and did very well with it. While living in Airdrie, we bought 3 rental properties that cash flowed, beautifully.

I decided to get my real estate licence- since I loved everything about it. I started as a realtor in 2018 and shortly after I started property management professionally. After helping my 2 son’s buy their first properties with their girlfriends, I feel grateful for being part of this process with them!

For 3 years I was on a top performing power team and love the processes. I learned a lot about real estate and even more about investing.

I love helping my clients make the next move in their journey, to be able to get that first house, or next house, or to be able to help investors with their investing careers! I feel fortunate to be able to help them with the next step!

I recently decided I can help my clients better if I added property management to my portfolio and have started my own personal branch of Property Management named Platinum Property Management with CIR Realty.
