Kay Louis was born and raised in Trinidad and Tobago and moved to Baytown, TX at the age of 16 where she completed high school followed by joining the U.S. Navy at the age of 19. She comes from a military, customer service and healthcare background with a combined 16 years in these industries and brings honor, courage, commitment, need to serve the community to bear when working with her valued real estate clients.

Kanika Louis served 8 years in the U.S. Navy and has several missions aboard USS Wasp and Naval Medical Center Portsmouth. Kanika Louis was honored with numerous Bravo Zulu for her outstanding commitment and selflessness as a Sailor. Kanika learned a plethora of skills such as leadership, teamwork, organizational skills and more that are unique to the armed forces, and brings them to bear in her Real Estate career to serve buyers and sellers.

Kanika Louis entered the Real Estate world in order to be her own boss and share her good experience as a veteran with an agent in the Central Texas area and help people experience this and accomplish homeownership.

Kanika Louis is a mother of four with ages ranging between 1 and 15 and the proud mother of 1 amazing fur baby. Kanika enjoys organic gardening, cooking, organizing events, in her free time. There is no greater reward than the act of care and protection of family and community.
