My name is Justin Wyllie. I grew up in North Vancouver and was raised in a highly entrepreneurial family. When I was young, my father Bob was a grocery store owner of a large national chain and my mother Marg owned and operated 4 retail clothing stores. It is fair to say I spent a few hours as a young man facing shelves and folding clothes! My mom ended up selling her clothing stores and has now been a Realtor for over 35 years, but we will get to that part in just a bit! These early days must have planted a seed in my brain as make-money-ventures were always popping up at our house. Whether it was a lemonade stand on the front lawn or a car wash weekend in the driveway, I was always looking for a new way to make money. I took this passion into my high school years and excelled in the business program. I took every course available and ran the school store for a number of years. I found a new passion for marketing and advertising and was constantly being brought into the Principal’s office for pushing the boundaries of school age appropriate advertising. What can I say? I was creative and sales were up.. way up! I left high school and attended a combination of UNBC and Capilano University to earn a Business Administration Diploma with focuses in Advertising and Marketing. After finishing my diploma, my mother Marg came calling and wanted me to join her in Real Estate… see I told you this part was coming.

We started working as a team in the Lower Mainland in 2004. Teamed up, I was able to draw from Marg’s wealth of knowledge of the industry and combine it with my passion for creative marketing. Together we successfully serviced 325 clients over a 16 year period. In fact, if any of my past clients are checking in, I want to say I hope you are all well and I thank you for all your continuous support over the years! I have learned so much working with you all as every deal is as different as the client with whom you are working. Over the years that has become the part of the job that I enjoy the most, the ability to meet and work with such a diversity of people and ultimately help them make their home ownership goals a reality. But things were about to change…

My wife Lolita is the owner of Rangel Immigration Services, a boutique immigration firm that focuses on providing labour solutions to the Canadian Agricultural industry. After a few years in business, it became apparent that many of her clients were located in the Central Okanagan and we decided to jump at the opportunity to move to the area. In 2019, my wife Lolita and I moved to Lake Country with our 3-year-old daughter Mariana. Yes the move was initially motivated by my wife’s business, but we also wanted what was best for our daughter. We wanted her growing up in an area with excellent education, endless recreation, and an overall higher quality of life. My wife and I didn’t mind all the amazing wineries in the area either! Moving came with its own challenges, however we have been in Lake Country for a year now and we couldn’t be happier calling this community home.

I feel fortunate to have a career in Real Estate because it allows me to reach out to the community in which I live and volunteer my time and expertise. Prior to leaving the Lower Mainland, I had 7 years of service in the Rotary Club of Coquitlam Sunrise. Through Rotary I was able to support several key social programs. I have received the Realtor Care Award® for outstanding community service and to this day it remains one of my most cherished recognitions. When we moved to the Okanagan, part of my decision to join Royal LePage Kelowna was their exceptional commitment to the community and I can’t wait to team up with all the agents who are already doing so much to help those in need.

I also feel fortunate to work in an industry where I can pick up my business and move to a new community. In the excitement of launching in Kelowna, I have taken the opportunity to use some of that creative spice that used to frustrate my high school principle and put it to use in transforming the service experience for my clients. My promise to everyone that entrusts me to sell their home is to not only provide professional and knowledgeable service, but to also provide a stress free and memorable experience that will not be forgotten! My newly designed “Authentic Listing Program” is something that I can’t wait to show you!
