Antonio Hill Well where can i start. First things first when I didn’t have any clue about anything, he was there. I thought it was kinda of idiotic to talk to a San Antonio realtor because I live in Killeen but I tried anyway and when I tell you it was like he’s here with me he was. Mr Solano was VERY knowledgeable from VA loans to what is a contract, since I’m a first time home buyer and I was confused on every level he was there to text or call me. He even helped me out when my first agent almost had me paying almost 9k in closing costs. Mr Solano told me straight no that’s not how realtor’s do things after he asks me what my realtor at the time sent me I found another one. He insisted on offering his services since he was in San Antonio he literally had a realtor on speed dial for me since I wasn’t the most knowledgeable in this. I found a realtor after searching and she wasn’t as engaged as Mr Solano was and guess what he wasn’t mine. So if you are reading this stop and give him a chance I promise you we are not even in the same area but he helped me 100% from the contract, underwriting, and closing. I will be texting and calling him on my next property because I will know he won’t let me down 100 out of 100 recommended.
