Caroline Stewart’s unique take on real estate gives our clients a leg up on the competition. With deep family ties in the tri-state area and real estate investing, becoming a realtor licensed in both Pennsylvania and Delaware was a no-brainer for her. She is a bubbly go-getter who puts our client’s needs above everything else. She specializes in working with first-time home buyers and those looking to upsize. She operates with one goal in mind and that’s to erase the fear and dread that people have about the home buying/selling process. She does this by making sure our clients know what to expect at every point in the transaction. Her proven real estate method called the Elevation Method is something she created with buyers and sellers in mind that outlines the sale. This is her process of ensuring a pain-free and smooth sale and she’s perfected it. Caroline works every day to take the tension out of real estate. She wants to be the realtor that you can ask any question. She knows that most aren’t taught how to purchase their first home, so she posts helpful tips and tricks of the trade on her Instagram and Facebook pages. She loves to inform the public on all things real estate while keeping it light and fun! This is the journey of a lifetime and she can’t wait to help another family achieve their real estate dreams. During her downtime, Caroline can be found at her Alma Mater, Newark High School, coaching their cheerleading teams. Nothing makes her happier than seeing her athletes surpass the goals they create for themselves. She is also a self-described bookworm and is almost always listening to an audiobook or reading in a comfy spot next to her Doberman-mix, Copper.
