Candice works in the Houston Area residential market which includes Cypress in the North to Sugarland in the South. She lives in Katy with her husband Christopher and three children, twins Sophia and Shaun and Liam. Candice circled back to the US about 4 years ago after starting her expat journey in Texas in 2000. She has lived in Trinidad most of her life, and about five years each in Norway and England. Throughout her expatriate living she has developed good communication with people of different cultures. When working was not possible, she volunteered. In the US, she volunteered in American Red Cross and assisted in South Central Floods in October 2002. In Norway, she sat on the Schlumberger Spouse Association (SSA) Board and was a Welcome Coordinator to help relocated families settle in to a new country. In England she also joined the SSA board and was the newsletter editor.

Believe it or not, Candice started her career as an Electrical and Computer Engineer with sales and control systems background. She is passionate about project management and projects this passion into her real estate so that her clients can have a smooth, successful and happy transaction.
